The Epson I3200-A1 printhead has 3200 ink nozzles, featuring variable ink droplet technology, which enhances printing accuracy and improves color reproduction. It supports up to four levels of grayscale printing.
- Magnetic levitation motor + magnetic scale transmission module, combined with S-level THK ultra-quiet linear guide rails. The performance can run stably for a long time, the accuracy is not easily degraded, and the operating noise is low.
The negative pressure ink supply system ensures stable hydraulic pressure during high-speed printing, preventing ink leakage, ink flying, ink dripping and other ink-related problems.
The intelligent drying system can quickly reach the required drying temperature, then switch to constant temperature, reducing the preheating time and saving energy.
The printing panel adopts a rhombic air intake channel design, which effectively ensures that there is no warping or wrinkling when printing thin paper.
The large-capacity and independently arranged continuous supply system has a single ink tank capacity of up to 25L, significantly reducing the frequency of ink refilling for customers.
The paper feeding and discharging system adopts industrial-grade servo-driven reducers, which are fast and highly accurate, ensuring a more stable paper feeding and discharging process.
Equipped with a laser collision avoidance system for the vehicle, it is highly responsive and easy to maintain, ensuring the safety of the vehicle’s operation.
